Too busy to have time? It’s time you started saying NO!

How?

They say it’s easy:

- Suggest a deadline, and if they don’t like it, that’ll be a NO from both sides!

- Immediately say NO or that you can’t complete a task, rather than waiting until the day it’s supposed to be done, and saying it then!

- Don’t be harsh, but also don’t be too careful when saying NO!

- Suggest somebody else for things that are outside your competence, so you can say NO in a more subtle way!

- Tell yourself NO sometimes for things that you know you won’t manage to get done, or you’ll just postpone indefinitely or end up cancelling!

- Say it yourself, rather than having someone else say it for you!

Listen, the point is not to just keep piling more work on your shoulders, because you’ll crack, and those around you will suffer too! Saying NO is a nice thing for both parties, but be careful!

Wishing you success with the changes to come,
