TOW#560 — Subsequent damage

You should know that every single thing you do, or don’t do, in turn makes someone else feel good or bad! I know you know, but you’re not fully aware of it.

The point being — everyone should give their best to what they do, because if you don’t do the best you can, you may well be harming someone down the line.

Imagine you’re on a conveyor belt, and you’re not doing your job properly, so then the person after you will have to fix what you messed up, while at the same time having to do their job too. It’ll seem like that person is slower at work and they could get fired because of you, meanwhile the end result will remain the same: a bad product or service.

Not to mention the costs incurred by poorly done work, which can at times be overwhelming.

Furthermore, as you know, the consequences of bad or negligent work can sometimes be tragic and leave someone with a permanent disability, or worse!!

This is why I said above that I know you know, but I also know that you’re not truly aware of the very real consequences of poorly done work.

Therefore, I beg you, from now on, do your job as best you can and even better than that, keeping in mind that otherwise you could end up doing harm to individuals, a group, a team, and even an entire organisation, but mostly to yourselves!!

Wishing you success with the changes to come,

@kalinbabusku
